Low Carb Bacon, Avocado and Cream Cheese Muffin.

Good grief was this ever my kind of grub. Low carb high Phat and will keep me going all day. So easy to make even I can make it, only a few years ago I had to be trained to serve up a hard boiled egg, honest. Check out the link below for more details including a set of photographs that makes this stellar food idea a complete doddle to make.

It looks delicious, I wish I could eat bacon, the avocado is yummy though. Thanks for sharing. Have a happy weekend

Thank you for commenting on this recipe idea Eddie posted.
Because it uses almond flour and flaxmeal the net carbs are only 4.5g
It also contains some of our favourite ingredients bacon, avocado and cream cheese - it's a winner!

All the best Jan

Eddie loves bacon, avocado and cream cheese (so do I) so this is definitely a low carb high fat winner for us ... and with the weekend almost here, we may just have these tomorrow!

Of course, you could have it without the bacon, if it suits you better perhaps add tomato to it along with the avocado and cream cheese?

Enjoy your weekend

All the best Jan

Oh my word, this looks delicious. I'm off to investigate.
I love cream cheese and bacon, not sure about the green thing though!

The 'green thing' is avocado - do give it a try it's delicious and full of great nutrients ... see here
