There are some days when it seems 24 hours just isn't enough, and I'm sure you may have experienced days like this! So after you have somehow managed to do all your chores, or 'juggled' any meetings, gatherings, perhaps school runs etc that you needed to do, the last thing you may now want is to spend a lot of time over a meal.
If you may have days like this, or just simply want a tasty but quick and nutritious meal, may I suggest this plate of lovely food. It's just perfect when things need to be easy and quick and when you don't have much time. Here's a delicious and filling LCHF meal that doesn't require a lot of preparation.
4 chicken breasts, about 1½ lbs (650 g)
2 tablespoons butter or olive oil
6 oz. (160 g) herb butter
